Steven G. Pinks is a member of Pinks, Lipshie, White & Nemeth, Esqs. with offices in Hauppauge, New York. He graduated New York University Law School in 1966 and was admitted to practice that same year. Shortly thereafter, he was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Pinks has concentrated in the area of commercial creditor’s rights since the inception of his law office in Suffolk County in 1969. He has extensive commercial litigation experience having represented some of Long Island’s major construction companies, materialmen, and financial institutions. He is a member of the Commercial Division Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association and Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association.
