Harold I Guberman received his juris doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School.  While owning and operating his own general practice for more than 27 years, Harold has represented individuals and business clients in Suffolk, Nassau, Queens and New York Counties.  Harold’s areas of concentration include general civil litigation, matrimonial matters, real estate and commercial transactions, wills and estates, the purchase and sale of businesses as well as general business matters.  Harold views the practice of law as a long term commitment to those he represents, whether individuals or businesses, always having an eye towards their future and how decisions and outcomes of today can positively affect them in the long run.

Harold’s admissions include New York State courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court.
